Welcome to the Self-Love & Acceptance Group with Oahu Group Therapy! Join us on for a session focused on nurturing a positive relationship with yourself. This workshop will consist of 12 members, to mimic the size of a group therapy. This safe space encourages open discussions and supportive interactions guided by mental health professionals. Embrace your journey towards self-discovery and self-compassion. Let's grow together!

This workshop will be held inside of the YMCA Central location. Parking is free across the street at the Ala Moana parking garage.
