On February 28th, we’re gathering for a cozy, nourishing experience created to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself and others.

This gathering is for you if you’ve been feeling tired, heavy, overwhelmed, or disconnected, if your body and heart are asking for rest, care, and presence.

Through gentle self-love practices, sound healing, warm tea, face masks, mirror exercises, love poems, and deep relaxation, you’ll be guided to release what’s heavy and receive what you truly need.
