“Self-ish” featuring Zeb Mayer

In our professional lives, the work is often the result of many different perspectives and contributors—the client, a collaborator, sometimes the friend of someone’s cousin who took a class in college. But when the project you’re working on is self-driven, the only person deciding the narrative is you. “Self-ish” is a new speaker series about the stories, motivation, and renewing creative energy behind the personal work of our fellow creatives.

For this upcoming event, the CADC presents Zeb Mayer, a former designer at New Haven's own, Box 8 Creative. Zeb is an illustrator and branding identity designer based in CT and NYC. Specializing in building and art directing regional brands, he maintains collaborative relationships with freelancers and other design firms . Zeb's work primarily focuses on the hospitality industry, consumer packaged goods, and community driven events.
