Info: Dena Jackson is a Keynote Speaker, Author and Writer. Having trained as a professional comedian for thirteen years, Dena uses a comedic approach in her keynote presentations, workshops and retreats while sharing how holistic wellness practices can alleviate stress and anxiety.

As a performer, she has been part of the New York Comedy Festival, Just for Laughs, the Winnipeg Comedy Festival, and her comedy albums are regularly featured on the CBC and on Sirius XM Radio.

Dena completed her 200-hour teacher training at Kashish Yoga School in Goa, India and her instructor certification at the Mindfulness Society of Canada. She is also a Certified Reiki Master and Breathwork Facilitator who hosts the “Self Help Me” podcast on Spotify, Apple and the Sonar Network. Her new book, also called “Self Help Me,” will be available as of October 10th 2025.

Info: Briane Nasimok is a Canadian writer, actor, and director and storyteller. Currently taking his new one person show "Recovering Romantic" to the Halifax Fringe Festival, for the past decade he has been telling stories, both online and in person, across the United States. In 2020 he shared the Hamilton Fringe stage with Izzy Ferguson in the two-man storytelling show "Izzy and the Naz". In 2021 his new show "Now Where Was I?" premiered at the Ottawa Fringe, virtually of course.

Nasimok appeared in films such as Gas, Funny Farm, Tulips, Ticket to Heaven and Hi-Ballin, before turning to a career as a television writer and producer.

Info: Bria Hiebert is a Toronto-based writer, actor and comedian. She’s performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Just for Laughs Toronto and New York Comedy Festival.

Bria was the 2018 recipient of the Brian Linehan Comedy Writing and Performance Award for Outstanding Artistic Promise and received the Tim Sims Encouragement Award in 2019.

Her debut album “Two Girls Live” was released in August of 2023 and can regularly be heard on SiriusXM.
