This self-healing guided meditation is an active meditation in which we use Theta Brainwaves (4-7Hz) to create profound changes on all levels - body, mind, and soul.Each week, we have a different topic and the class starts with an introduction to the energy work we will be doing on the day, followed by about 45 min of guided meditation.
Join us to discover your inner healing power and dip into the mystical world of chakras, elements, and energy work.
