We’re AHM and Zihan and we’d like to offer you two free workshops designed to help you get closer to yourself and shine brighter for the people around you (and for your inner child).

For this occasion, we’ve organised this second event:

Self-Expression: releasing the creative self

The methodology we’ll use to approach these questions is LPC. Learning from each other, Practicing together, and Connecting from this shared experience.

These workshops don’t rely on the authority of certification, formal training, or of an organizer - they are the coming together of a diverse audience that horizontally pools together a rich collective intelligence. = it’s not a presentation, it’s a facilitated conversation. Bring your insights, your stories, your shame and your joy, they are all welcome to the discussion.

AHM has led more than a dozen workshops on a variety of topics such as eco-anxiety, ecological transition, grief, journalling, and massage therapy. They love forest hikes, meme-making, and intuitive dancing.

Zihan is a community leader who enjoys connecting people by their creative endeavors in an attempt to liberate each other from mundane modern problems. They build meaningful community networks to share resources and support each other.

✅ Join if you are an open-minded genuine person ready to look a little silly in order to have fun and learn.

⛔ Avoid if you don’t leave space for introverts, if you are heavily guarded, or are judgmental of others.
