Spend your afternoon with this delightful workshop consisting of gentle yoga and meditation, led by Stephanie Stotts, to focus on healing and growth through self-reflection. Art therapy and education professor, Lisa Kay, will guide participants through their creation of a luminous mandala which brings light from darkness using white pencils and black paper.
At the completion of this workshop, participants will leave with a unique piece of art and feel reenergized and focused.

• No previous art experience required.
• Please bring a yoga mat and water.
