Self-empowerment with Hypnosis

Every month we will focus on a different theme in a small group setting, so each participant will receive personal guidance.

- 14 September: Healing through Self-Hypnosis

- 12 October: Finding clarify with higher consciousness

- 09 November: Self-empowerment

This is a recurring event which runs every quarter, no worries about purchasing a Full Healing Journey (3 sessions) but only started joining from the 2nd/3rd one.

Did you know you have been hypnotised more often than you realise?

In this 1.5 hour workshop, you will get to explore a fresh perspective on how your mind works.

And you will experience first-hand how to leverage its power for deepening your relaxation and empowering yourself.

We will do a few suggestibility test to see how likely you will get hypnotised.

And of course we won't miss out the chance to let you experience instant and rapid induction, where you will be put in trance in just few seconds.

You will also learn about a few simple Self-Hypnosis technique to get yourself hypnotised, and continue with movement based hypnosis to help you get into an action mode.

The workshop will be carried out in a ceremonial way, where we will start with a sharing circle to set your intention. Through the Sound Healing, you will witness how the frequency lead you into a deep hypnotic experience, where we will start guiding you to remove any self-doubts and emotional blockages that may be holding you back, and liberate yourself through sending positive messages to your subconscious mind.
