Come gather in a sacred circle with other women to design your ideal holiday experience and then get pampered to prepare for stepping into bold action. In this workshop, your desired experience for the holiday season will become realized and followed by an action plan to make this longing your reality. After the coaching portion of the workshop, I will guide you through a 90-minute restorative yoga practice and provide reiki energy healing to each person.
