Join us for a fun and creative workshop where you can smashbook your way to self-discovery through art!
Self-Discovery Smashbooking Art Workshop
Come join us at Kindred Healing Space for a fun and creative in-person event!
No prior artistic experience is required.
Join us for an evening of play, experimentation, and relaxation with various art mediums in your Smashbooking Journal. Smashbooking lets you draw, watercolor, paint, glue, collect, and more.
This monthly Smashbooking class suits both beginners and seasoned artists, as each creation is a unique expression of the inner world. Unlike rigid artistic techniques, this approach encourages spontaneity and embraces imperfections. Angie is committed to creating a brave space for guests to explore new mediums playfully.
Angie's plan for each class aims for self-discovery. Angie uses her coaching skills along with art facilitation to help you reflect on things such as your thoughts, dreams, desires, fears, heartaches, strengths, and joys. Classes may include meditation, writing, drawing, painting, and more. At the end, guests are invited to share their experiences to learn from one another and create closure.
Join us and embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth through art.
If you miss the Build Your Smashbook workshop, Angie provides printed instructions and support to build your journal while others do the monthly art activity. A “Build Your Smashbook Journal” class is offered every six months.
