About this Event
Discover something new about yourself during our Self-Discovery Bunny Yoga class. The physical aspects of yoga and the mental aspects of mediation will meld as we embark on a journey of self-discovery. A tranquil space will be created for self-reflection and mental resilience.
Brittany Newble will be leading the class. She is an animal lover, Zen/power trained 200-hour certified yoga instructor who enjoys teaching yoga for all levels.
All levels are welcome, age 8+. Attendees are encouragedto bring their own mat as only a limited number are available for use. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled as class will begin promptly at 7:15pm.
Please Note - A minimum of 6 signups will be required for the class to proceed as planned.
