Self defense workshop focused on teaching methods of escaping attacks, break holds, and how to respond to aggressors in a wide range of possibilities.We maintain a safe, inclusive, and trauma understanding environment allowing everyone to learn. We are focused on teaching real world scenarios, so this is geared towards adult and mature teen students.
We will teach you how to respond to grabs, chokes, knife, and gun attacks.
