LEARN TO BOX! Join me for this exclusive LADIES ONLY event. Limited to the first 25 ladies. Learn basic boxing techniques from a female trainer and then sweat it out on the heavy bag. $30 Session includes at set of hand wraps (yours to keep), a loaner set of boxing gloves, 15 minutes of instruction, 45 minute class with the owner of Title Boxing in Northville (Karen). The class consists of a 7 minute warm-up, 8- 3minute instructed rounds of punching on the heavy bag (with 1 minute active rests between rounds), 7 minutes cool-down and core work. Bottle of water provided at the end, but suggest you bring a metal/plastic water bottle with a straw for during the class, a yoga mat, and a small towel. At the end of the class, while we rehydrate, you will be provided with an opportunity to join the club to continue your training in self-defense, mental focus, fitness and decreased stress! Total time 1hr45min. Venmo me at Tammy-Miller-464 or arrange to pay me ahead of time. Once you sign up there are no refunds, but you may transfer your session to a female friend.
After the class please join us at Prime Cuisine for lunch 2 doors down from the club. Let me know if you intend to go to lunch with us so I can inform the restaurant of how many will be dining.
