Size Inclusive Self Defense Series!
We have teamed up with our good friend Shelby Scott @steelbutterflyfitness who will guide the class through strategies for personal safety, confidence-building, and effective defense maneuvers, in a fun and size inclusive environment.
This workshop series focuses on how to use your body size to your advantage and maximize your abilities!
The class schedule for the series starts June 23rd and goes for 4 weeks:
June 23rd @ 12:30-2pm
June 30th @ 12:30-2pm
July 7th @ 12;30-2pm
July 14th @ 12:30-2pm
The series is $100 for gym members and $150 for non-members. We are offering BIPOC discounts & some community based discounts so please reach out to us about these options if interested!
