Join us for a special Self Defense Seminar in celebration of International Women’s Day!This empowering workshop is designed for women and girls (teens and up) to learn real-world self defense skills, boost awareness, and build confidence in a safe, supportive environment.

Location: London Martial Arts Centre, Wortley Village
Cost: $19 (100% donated to the London Abused Women Centre)
Spots: Limited to 20 participants
No experience necessary. Open to all women and girls—bring a friend, sister, or daughter! All proceeds support the London Abused Women Centre, who will join us to share words and offer merchandise.
