Self Defense Saturday

This interactive session will provide participants with hands-on self-defense instruction, practical strategies for safety and awareness, and tools to build confidence in everyday life. Together, girls and their mothers, guardians, or mentors will strengthen their bonds while learning how to stay strong, smart, and safe.

• Practical self-defense skills taught by certified instructors
• Tips for awareness, de-escalation, and confidence-building
• Activities that encourage connection between girls and their adult role models
• Access to local community resources and wellness information

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for movement.
