We are having our monthly FREE women's seminar, and co-ed seminar on Saturday, January 4th at 3 PM and 4:30 PM!!We will also have our regular schedule Saturday Classes which are:
10:00 AM Women's Only Self Defense with Dominique Mckane
11:00 AM Kid's GI BJJ with Dominique Mckane
12:00 PM Adult GI BJJ Weekly Review with Clay Moses
1:00 PM Open Mat Sparing (Open to all gyms)
3:00 PM Women's Only Hair Grab Defense Seminar
4:30 PM Co-Ed Level 1 Self Defense Seminar
Come try for free, sit in and watch class, but definitely participate in our free workshop in the evening!
