Self Defense Class for Teens

Teens of the East Bay are welcome to join us for a self-defense class taught by the Krav Maga Xtreme team! Learn the foundations of krav maga including how to de-escalate life threatening situations such as threats from strangers or bullying, the basics of strike and evasion techniques and help teens be more confident, aware, and develop tools for self-discipline. No previous martial arts experience is needed - come as you are!

Light refreshments provided. Limited spots available.

Registration: $23

Note: Registration is free for Berkeley-Oakland Midrasha students.

Space: We will be utilizing our indoor theatre, masking is optional.
