Calling all the ladies (and gents) of Fredericksburg!
On Saturday December 7th at 10am, we will be doing our popularly requested annual FREE self defense seminar sponsored by War Room Jiu-Jitsu @war.room.gym and @apogeefredericksburg
We will have both male and female instructors that will be teaching you how to be prepared ahead of time, identify when a threat is present and how to react to a threat to maximize your safety!
Bring everyone you know, especially the winery, restaurant and bar staff around who may be in sketchy positions after work!
War Room is dedicated to the safety, strength and empowerment of our community and this is one of many ways we are working to accomplish this mission!
