Be able to defend yourself and your loved ones if you are attacked. It's a thought most of us don't want to consider, but violence is, unfortunately, a fact of life. This course will provide you with some basic means to protect yourself mentally, spiritually, and physically from external threats. Class will consist of lecture and discussion with possible hands-on techniques.
