Self-Defense and Martial Arts Intro Class

The goal of Impact 360 is to help everyone who comes in the door to have a safe place where they can build confidence, strength, motivation, and self-defense skills through martial arts. While students learn self-defense and martial arts techniques, they will also learn responsibility to others and how to work though anxiety, difficult situations, and day to day struggles. Our approach is holistic with a 360 degree perspective when it comes to our personal safety and well-being.
