TWO classes in ONE day!
*suggested donation is $20-$60 to assist in supporting the gym, program, and community- but not necessary! We just want you there
FAMILY HOUR 2:30-2:30pm
- Bring the whole family to learn about situational awareness, family action plans, empowerment, using your voice, safe spaces, technique, and MORE!!
- This class is best for families with children in elementary or middle school.
- Great way to bond before the holidays so we can all be safer together!
BRING A MAN TO CLASS 4-6pm (16+ or your discretion) - LADIES! Here is your opportunity to continue your education or get started with a partner you trust!
- Bring a partner (doesn't have to be a man) this can be a friend, your parent, brother, boyfriend, husband, or whoever you are comfortable with:)
- In this class, we will cover scenarios, fundamentals, situational awareness, using your voice, and MORE!
- Makes for a super fun date night!
