Take control of your personal safety and learn practical self-defense basics in this interactive, discussion-driven class led by retired U.S. Navy SEAL Frank Odermann of Zero Victims. This two-hour session is designed to help you better understand your rights, your options, and realistic ways to protect yourself in situations.

What You’ll Learn:
• Self-defense fundamentals and situational awareness techniques
• How to assess situations and make informed decisions under pressure
• Montana laws surrounding non-lethal and lethal force
• Your rights, responsibilities, and options for personal protection
• Practical use of non-lethal self-defense tools, including pepper spray, pepper gel, and Equalizer keychains
Hands-On Experience:
• Practice safely using inert pepper spray so you know what to expect before an emergency
• Participate in open discussion around real-world self-defense scenarios
• Ask questions throughout the class in a relaxed, educational environment
Registration Includes:
• Register for $25 and receive a $25 SCHEELS gift card upon arrival
• Light snack
• Swag
• Entry to win a $100 SCHEELS gift card plus additional prizes
Important Information:
• Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. Class will begin promptly at 5:30 PM
• Instructor requests that no weapons be brought to class
• Attendees under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
