Self Defence Workshop for Women

Interested in increasing your personal safety? Come join a Wenlido class. In a safe and supportive atmosphere you will explore the 4 A's of self defense. By being Aware of what is most likely to happen to you, you are more likely to be able to Avoid being attacked in the first place. If you cannot avoid it, then our practice will increase your Assertiveness skills to help you talk your way out of an attack. You will also learn simple effective Action techniques. You can release holds and fend off physical attacks. Classes are a combination of action and discussion. All levels of physical fitness are welcome.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing, and bring a water bottle and yoga mat. Healthy snacks are provided during break.
