Self- CompassionA course to build inner strength and kindness.
Do you have a mean inner critic?
A voice that tells you
you are not good enough don’t work hard enough are lazy?
Self-compassion can change these inner voices.
Learn practical tools and ways of practicing and increasing self-compassion in a supportive environment.
6 weeks starting Thursday 23rd October
Time: 6:00pm -7:30 p.m.
Where: Nelson Women’s Centre - 44 Trafalgar Street
Who is it for?
- Women and non-binary people
- LGBTQIA+ friendly
- Neurodiverse affirming

Cost: Unwaged $10 per session
Waged $20 per session
