Getting the best out of you when there’s no-one else who can help!
About this Event

Starting up a business on your own can be a lonely journey; even with all the help available to you, only you know what’s right for you and how you are going to make things work.

In the world of business and sport, coaches help their clients to be the best they can be. They provide a confidential space to explore challenges and issues, and help their clients find their own ways through to success, developing new strengths and awareness.

The costs of a coach aren’t always within the reach of start-up entrepreneurs - so what can you do to bring out your own inner-coach, to get into new ways of thinking and problem-solving so that you are better-placed for success?

In this 90 minute in-person workshop, you’ll learn some fundamentals of coaching, try out some new skills and techniques in a confidential setting, and take away practical tools and tips to develop your own coaching mindset to help you build your successful business.

Mike Gibbons is an executive coach and education consultant. His practice focuses on supporting senior professionals looking to explore and develop themselves and their teams for success. He offers confidential support and challenge as they navigate complex issues and operating contexts, including feelings of imposter syndrome, confidence or overwhelm. He is a passionate believer in the art of the possible, and in people’s ability to reframe situations to access innovative ways through their own particular challenges.
