When you attend a Self-Care Sunday, you can expect:

• Opportunities for rest, grounding, and renewal
• A welcoming, inclusive atmosphere with no pressure and no hierarchy
Many Self-Care Sundays may include:
• A featured guest practitioner
• Group sessions such as Reiki, sound healing, meditation, or movement
• Workshops, activities, or guided experiences
• Small-batch goods and offerings designed to support self-care beyond the day
No two Self-Care Sundays are exactly the same.
Each gathering introduces new offerings, new practitioners, and new experiences, while honoring the same core values of accessibility, intention, and community care.
