Self-Care Sunday | Silence & Sound Healing Float

Listening to the soothing, angelic tones and feeling the gentle vibrations wash over you as quartz crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments are played, you are lulled into a deeply meditative state.

Being “bathed” in sound has a powerful influence on your entire well-being as the vibrations from the bowls gently redirect the brain into a state that stimulates emotional & physical healing. Participants emerge from a sound bath feeling refreshed, calm & centered. A 20-minute sound bath is the equivalent of 3 hours of deep, restorative sleep.

Maggie San Miguel is a certified Past Life Regression Therapist and sound bath healing practitioner with over 20 years of experience teaching meditation and chakra studies. She leads sound baths for the City of Hillsboro and facilitates workshops on healing, boundaries, and resilience. A survivor of stage III breast cancer and lupus, Maggie has studied with Navajo shamans, holistic leaders, and at The Omega Institute, weaving wisdom and compassion into her work to help others restore balance and well-being..
