Self-Care Sunday | How I Used GRATITUDE to Change My Life

A motivational talk is to share with club members and guests how I used gratitude to change my life. This is a deeply personal story based on my experience and how a gratitude practice has positively influenced me and brought me through some very challenging times.

My name is Richelle Brigola, and I specialize in helping women in midlife rediscover their magic.
