Self-Care Sunday | GRATITUDE IN COLOR: Meditation and Creative Expression

As the season turns toward reflection and appreciation, this workshop invites participants to pause, ground and connect with gratitude through meditation, self inquiry and playful creativity.

BENEFITS FOR PARTICIPANTS:

-creating intentional time for introspection, gratitude,self care and inward attention.

-reduces stress and cultivates mindfulness and a deeper connection with the Self.

Allie is an abstract artist and meditation yoga nidra, yoga guide originally from New York, currently living in Portland.

Her passion and purpose is to explore the integration between art and meditation. We can use these tools to illuminate the world within: inviting more clarity, compassion and understanding to ourselves and the world.
