Discover the benefits of five popular oils and create two simple, take-home products: a personal roll-on blend and a calming room mist. Perfect for beginners, this 90 minute class will give you the confidence to incorporate natural self-care into your daily routine.

By the end of this 90–120 minute workshop, participants will leave with a well-rounded

understanding of how to use essential oils safely and effectively in everyday life. They will learn the physical and emotional benefits of essential oils, how to choose the right oils for personal needs, and how to blend them confidently using proper dilution techniques.

Through hands-on instruction and guided scent exploration, attendees will create three customized products. These DIY items will support stress relief, focus, sleep, or emotional balance, depending on each participant’s preferences.

Participants will also gain practical tips for incorporating aromatherapy into daily routines—whether at home, at work, or on the go. The goal is for each person to feel empowered, inspired, and equipped to begin or deepen their journey with natural self-care through essential oils.

This class creates a memorable, educational experience and gives everyone the tools to make aromatherapy a safe, enjoyable, and consistent part of their wellness lifestyle.

I'm Lauri Chambers, founder and owner of Celestial Aromatherapy, a Black- and woman-owned business based in Oregon. I launched my company in 2005 out of a personal need to create gentle, effective products for my first grandchild. What started as a few handmade items has grown into a full line of vegan bath and aromatherapy essentials designed for the whole family.

I'm passionate about natural wellness and believe that self-care should be simple, affordable, and accessible to everyone. I carefully formulate each product with therapeutic essential oils and plant-based ingredients to support everyday well-being—without harsh chemicals or synthetic additives.
