If you are looking for time to relax AND mobilize, Self Care Sunday is for you! This class is a blend of mobility and yoga. In this class you will learn how to use foam rollers and lacrosse balls, mobilization exercises for joint health, core stabilization + activation, breath work, and of course some relaxing yoga postures!
This class is great a great way to learn how to build an at-home practice to counter other movement patterns and stressors.
