A monthly community event to give you space to take a breath, recharge & connect with others, and have some fun doing it!
You don't have to be in your mum-era to come along, all feminine energies are welcome!
These offerings will be a mix of different small biz women each month, with the focus on supporting women in Perth. Young bubs still requiring mum are welcome.

Sunday June 30th is being run by Holly - The Family Room WA (mindset, connection, community building) and Tori - Perth Hills Kangatraining (pregnancy and postnatal safe exercise, think a dance class for you and bub!).
On the day, please bring:
- a drink bottle
- a yoga mat or something for comfort when on the floor
- wearing active, loose, comfy clothing
- paper & pen
If you have a baby still in arms (eg - <6 months [approx!], breastfeeding, etc) they are welcome! Please bring a carrier or wrap for the active section of this event so they can move with you.
If you're less than 6 weeks after a vaginal birth, or 12 weeks after a caesarean birth, we recommend observing the active section only, and participating in the mindset & connection component.
Please note: we are in the North Perth Lesser Town Hall, so turn right at the main entrance and you'll find us.
There is a small carpark, and plentiful street parking - please give yourself time so it's not a stress factor.
