Self-Care Sunday is a gentle, restorative experience designed to help you slow down and reconnect with your body. We’ll begin with grounding silent yin yoga to release tension, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system. Guests will then enjoy a guided yoni steaming session, a traditional wellness practice focused on relaxation, circulation, and intentional self-care. Throughout the event, soothing wellness teas will be served to support hydration, digestion, and overall balance. This is a sacred pause to rest, reset, and pour back into yourself in a supportive, nurturing space. 🌿✨
