If you’re feeling a little drained, a lot stressed, and a bit off your game, then join me on a soul-centering retreat where you’ll walk away feeling more present, relaxed, and centered.

Or at least you get it done for your family, friends, random neighbors, your ex-boyfriend’s sister’s ex-boyfriend (seriously, what's up with that?).

We’ll be perched on a private and spacious outdoor ranch in the beautiful mountains of Malibu.
We’ll have the run of the place to practice yoga, meditate, breathe, walk through nature, and eat nourishing food.
It’s the perfect place to reflect, relax, and recharge.
You’ll walk away with tools to help you manage stress, quiet your inner critic, and be more present and joyful in your life.
