We offer a safe space for you to take time for yourself, turn inward, and move away from the chaos and distractions of the outside world. By prioritizing meditation and self-care, you will turn anxiety into calm and burnout into peace. Come together in community, and learn the importance, value, and benefits of prioritizing self-care. You will start to notice a shift in your energy as you learn to value yourself more, accept yourself more, and trust yourself more.

Tasha Triana is a Registered Nurse with a Master's Degree in Psychology. She is also a certified yoga & meditation teacher, reiki master, and wellness coach.
