This event will be held in the beautiful Greenhouse of Kula Farm. We will engage in a short yoga practice before we lead into deep meditation, journaling and a chance to connect with beautiful spirited people, that are also on their journey to self healing. I will share tips you can use in your daily practice of self care and kick start your journey to self healing for the new year of 2022, Lets connect and vibe with each other.
