We'll begin with a smudge cleanse to help release all lingering energies from the past week and bring us together as we go move into our creative flow.

As we turn the music up and let the sunlight in, we'll move our bodies in circular flowing movements releasing judgement and growing in acceptance, creativity, and self love.

Now we're ready to create our own raw, natural bath bombs with Doterra Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils while enjoying healthy snacks, Essential Oil infused refreshments, and conscious connection.

We'll wrap up the experience with a relaxing sound bath guided meditation.
