Join us for Self Care Saturday where will stand together to fight against cancer and help raise awareness of steps you can take to detect early signs that you may be at risk. We have partnered up with Avera and will be holding two workout sessions that are open and FREE to the public. The first session and event starts at 7:15am and the second at 8:15am.
Avera will be on site with breast health information to keep you and your family informed of all your options to detect signs of cancer in your life. They will also have giveaways and goodies to make this a memorable event.
Fit Body will be leading a 30 minute workout designed and geared for all fitness levels at each of the event times.
No need to register in advance, just please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a waiver if you plan on joining in on the workout.
Grab your workout gear, grab your friends, and we will see you at the event!
