Join Stacey, Program Manager at Blue Lotus, and Darcy, a Master Gardener student, for an engaging, hands-on workshop designed to support new gardeners as they begin their seed-starting journey. Together, we will explore the meaningful connection between personal growth and the natural transition from winter’s rest to the vibrant energy of the growing season. This beginner-friendly session will guide you through the fundamentals of starting seeds indoors—preparing materials, planting with intention, nurturing young seedlings, and eventually transplanting them outdoors. Whether you're preparing your first garden or looking to strengthen foundational skills, this workshop offers clear, practical, step-by-step support.
Your registration includes all necessary supplies. Each participant will take home 12 planted seeds, several transplants and a printed reference guide to support continued success at home. Light snacks and water/tea will be provided to create a comfortable and welcoming learning environment. We look forward to helping you cultivate both your garden and your connection to the growing season ahead. Let’s plant the promise of summer—together.
