Self- care should be practiced every day. Why do we sometimes prioritize other things? Join us for an insightful event where we will explore self-motivation, having a support system, creating healthy home environment and habits and sticking to them. We will dig into ourselves to discover techniques to implement self-care practices into your daily routine. Childcare is provided, but it is encouraged that parent's come by themselves. Brunch is provided. Event is held at Kids at Play in Roxborough. Children will be on the playground while the parents are attending this event. Please make sure your child brings socks. There is free parking in a lot or on the street.
