Join us for a rejuvenating workshop designed specifically for professional healthcare providers who dedicate their lives to caring for others.
"Self-Care for Caregivers" focuses on the unique challenges faced by healthcare professionals by offering a supportive community and strategies to maintain wellness in achieving a healthy work-life balance.
This support group is created and hosted by Amy Cratty, BSN, RN, NC-BC. Amy will walk you through the awareness and wellness of your mind, body, emotions, and spirit as a healthcare provider.
In this group, you'll:
✨Learn Practical Self-Care Techniques: Discover effective methods to manage stress and prevent burnout
✨Develop Healthy Boundaries: Learn practical skills that will help separate work from personal life, ensuring you can recharge and maintain your passion for caregiving.
✨Engage in Reflective Exercises: Participate in activities that promote self-awareness and personal growth, helping you identify areas where you need support and improvement.
✨Connection: Build a supportive network with fellow caregivers who understand the demands and rewards of the healthcare profession.
✨Personalized Self-Care Plan: Learn how to integrate your wellness into your daily routine to sustain your well-being
We understand that you love being a part of the healthcare field and you shouldn’t have to choose been your career and your health. Amy will ensure you can continue to provide exceptional care while maintaining a balanced and fulfilling life. Join us and rediscover the joy and resilience that comes from taking care of you.
*This group will be held every other week for August & September
*Group will be held in person if weather permits. The facilitator will contact the participants the day before if the group is moved to an online platform.

- September 8-Emotions
- September 22-Spirit

- Sun & heat protection (sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, umbrella, personal fan, etc)
Meet Amy!🧘🏽♀️
Along my nursing journey, I have always felt strongly about trying my hardest to elevate humanity in my small corner of the world. I have coached countless sports teams and small groups promoting women's sexual health through empowering knowledge and normalizing the discussion, educating about gut health, and promoting healthy habits. I am also a 300-hour Trauma-Informed Mindfulness Facilitator and continue to teach her co-create and host my “Foundations of Mindfulness for the Health Care Worker” course at local hospitals.

By 2025, we aim to have a non-profit that offers inclusive workshops, training sessions, and retreats.
