Join our informative Selective Licensing and PRS Landlord Forum providing landlord and agents the opportunity to network and hear about legislative changes and local initiatives.
This year marks one of the most significant reforms to the Private Rented Sector in decades, with the major changes beginning on the 1st May 2026 following the implementation of the Renters' Rights Act.
