Seisaus is a multidisciplinary Midsummer art picnic celebrating Finnish folk beliefs, mythology, sound and performance art, music, and collective making.
Taking place on Midsummer Eve, the event reflects on the longest day of the year, the power of the sun, ancient Finnish spirituality, and our contemporary relationship with nature.
The programme includes performances, DJ sets, and a participatory art workshop where the audience can try weaving with natural materials.
Bring your own picnic, blanket, and midsummer spirit — or visit the beautiful cafe at the mansion.
Programme:
– 2 performances
– 3 DJ sets
– Community art workshop: weaving with natural materials
– Artist announcements coming soon
Welcome to celebrate the longest day of the year through art, sound, movement, and shared imagination.
Organised by AFA: Art For All ry.
