Sefton Park Christmas Day Walk and Talk

Join us for a relaxed, in-person walk and talk group. Christmas can be a joyous time for some and more challenging for others. The walk is facilitated by a Therapist and is designed to support people to connect with others, move more, and combat loneliness.

Perfect for anyone wanting some fresh air, exercise, and company on Christmas. Don’t forget your comfy shoes – we can’t wait to walk and talk with you!

We welcome people with all walking abilities. There are a large number of benches in the park and we will have multiple stops if joined by those who may need rest breaks.
