Mark your calendars for this year's Cinco de Mayo Fiesta Fundraiser - scheduled for Friday night, May 1st, from 6:00-11:00pm at Bearpath Golf & Country Club!This adults-only event will include a social hour, dinner, intern celebration, heads & tails, beer pong, entertainment, silent auction and LIVE auction with our favorite FOX 9 meteorologist and TV personality, Ian Leonard! This fun-filled evening is a great way to meet other Eagle Heights parents, and most importantly, celebrate the work of our incredible EHSI staff and interns!
Tickets will go on sale on Wednesday, March 25, and will be $120 each. NEW this year, VIP Tables of 10 tickets will be available for $2,000! VIP Benefits include:
-Ten reserved seats at a premium table near the program
-Priority VIP check-in upon arrival
-Two drink tickets for every guest at your table
-Dedicated table server for all drink orders
-Private appetizers served directly to your table
-Early-access to the dinner service
We expect to reach capacity for the event, so don't delay in purchasing your ticket or table! Please also consider one of the staff contribution options so that our incredible teachers can attend the event for a significantly reduced rate! (Note - if purchasing tickets via mobile, you'll need to make two separate transactions in order to complete a staff contribution).
