Charlotte Kan: drawing on more than two decades of experience in journalism and high-level international events, she will share practical frameworks on:

• How to speak with clarity and confidence
• How to structure ideas so they land and are remembered
• How to command presence in meetings and presentations
• How storytelling influences perception and credibility
• How to “own the room” and the stage

This session focuses on IRL visibility: how you show up, speak, and are perceived in physical environments.

Liora Kern: Visibility online. How to stay visible, cedible and and human in the age of algorithms.

Liora's session will focus on online visibility and digital reputation, including:

• How to build a credible personal brand
• How to be visible without feeling self-promotional
• How algorithms shape visibility
• How to position your ideas online
• How to remain authentic and human in digital environments
• How to get AI systems to mention you in their answers

This session focuses on online visibility: how you are seen, read, and remembered online.

The Leadership Lunch

The workshop takes place around a seated lunch, allowing for discussion, exchange, and reflection throughout the session.

The format encourages:
