You are invited to join author Shereen Yusuff for a talk on her new book, Seeking the Spirit Within: Experiencing Union with God Through Breath, on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at 7:00 PM EST. After the talk, stay for a panel discussion with Fr. Andreas Kramarz, Dr. Monique Ruberu and Wim Hof (The Iceman).

There will also be books available and booksigning with Shereen. Seeking the Spirit Within will be available for purchase at the event as well.
