Join NAMI Oklahoma once a month to walk, talk, and boost endorphins at our monthly Walking Club presented by by Aetna Better Health of Oklahoma. You will be welcomed by an encouraging community as we take care of our mental health by getting steps, sunshine, and fresh air together.
Water and snacks will be provided. Free admission, all are welcome!
We will walk at Scissortail Park (Lower Park) the second Saturday of every month. We will meet at Hill Pavilion at 9AM.
