Join visual artist and Kriyaban Yogi Palehorse every Wednesday from 8-9:30pm at FloridaRAMA St. Pete for an uplifting series of guided visualizations based on the teachings and techniques of Paramhansa Yogananda, Swami Kriyananda and the Ananda School of Meditation. Each session includes opening words, affirmations/physical movement, chanting, singing bowls meditation & healing prayers. (30min Integration circle available after session ends)

Bring your yoga mat and meditation cushion. Arrive at 7:45 to settle in. Doors close just after 8.
